Coin collecting is the hobby of kings, so customers should be treated as royalty, not as peasants!

Coins, medals, precious metals, jewelry, and small collectibles

  • King's Coin Exchange seeks to help hobbyists build their collections, investors increase their holdings, and sellers get the best deal possible for their coins, medals, precious metals, jewelry, and small collectibles.  Collecting has shaped and enriched Ray King’s life, the founder and owner of King's Coin Exchange.  Having retired from the US Air Force and the Federal Aviation Administration, Ray now wants to share his numismatic knowledge and enthusiasm.  Ray's journey with coins started in 1968 with a blue Whitman folder and a 1910-S Lincoln Cent.  While that coin has increased in value, it is priceless to him.  King's Coin Exchange seeks to enrich others, both buyers and sellers, by rehoming treasures and treating people fairly.

We appraise and buy small collectibles, broken jewelry, and anything old and interesting.  We are particularly interested in aviation items and items dealing with Dayton history.

How to Sell Coins:

First: Don't clean or polish your coins because that creates hairline scratches and decreases a coin’s value.

Then:  Let Ray appraise your coin or collection and make a fair offer.
